We understand both the operational realities of policing and the cybersecurity threats facing the organizations that serve it.

Our founder has been developing for the web since the late 90s, alongside 20 years of sworn service in Canadian policing, including seven years as a detective investigating complex cybercrime and major data breaches. He also holds a master’s degree in computer forensics and cybercrime.

Having investigated major data breaches and seen firsthand how systems are compromised, we approach software development with an understanding of real-world threats, vulnerabilities, and their consequences.

That experience influences how we design our platforms, protect information, manage access, and anticipate emerging security challenges. Cybersecurity isn’t simply a feature we add. It’s part of how we think, design, and develop.

Originally developed for Special Duty and Paid Duty assignments, OES has evolved into a comprehensive operational staffing and coordination platform extending well beyond traditional scheduling.

Today, OES encompasses overtime, emergency call-outs, on-call coordination, notifications, unit-level training management, and operational asset tracking. From vehicles and equipment to personnel and event assignments, OES brings essential operational resources together in one integrated platform.
